What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (Free): 5 – 12 business days
Premium Shipping (€9.99): 4 – 8 business days
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened beauty products and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Can I return opened beauty products or supplements?
Unfortunately, no. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products or consumable supplements.
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
I received the wrong or a damaged item—what now?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order, we may be able to modify or cancel it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
